According to recent AdMob iphone users statisctics,  iPhone users are most industrious smartphone owners to browse the web on iphones – at least in the U.S.. The report is not structured in the same way as the usual reports and statistics are an expression of views billions of mobile advertising on 15,000 different mobile pages. It will conversely be able to say that iPhone Users also are those who receive the most advertising when surfing on your mobile.

U.S. trends
According to AdMob is the iPhone and iPod touch in front with 55 percent of the market, but Android is well underway with its well over 20 percent. RIM comes in third place with 12 percent and Palm WebOS account for 5 percent.

The category “other” has 3 percent, and since neither Symbian or Windows Mobile is mentioned other places, we must assume that both fall under this category. It must be said that the figures are somewhat higher in other parts of the world.
