RIM unveils the BlackBerry Tour Smartphone

blackberry-tour-RIM has unveiled  its  CDMA based 3G phone for its north American consumers.  Rim has named it  Black Berry Tour, a smart phone  which features state-of-the-art communications and multimedia capabilities.

Design wise it has a striking design a chic black finish with chrome. Camera wise its a normal phone with 3.2 MP camera and  flash.Blackberry tour has  Full HTML web browser, including support for streaming audio and video.

BlackBerry Tour smartphone  supports high-speed 3G EV-DO Rev and usual mobile solution for email, messaging (IM, SMS, MMS) and social networking together with built-in GPS and advanced multimedia capabilities, enabling customers to make the most of both their personal and professional time.

BlackBerry Tour measures 112mm x 62mm x 14.2mm and weighs 130g.  It includes a large, highly tactile, full-QWERTY keyboard with chrome frets . BB tour has a large display scree  (2.44″) with a resolution of 480 x 360 resolution at 245 ppi
