Google has released a version for Android Google EarthThe application, however, is only compatible with version 2.1 of the operating system from Google.Peter Birch, product manager at Google, said that it is the fastest version of Google Earth for mobile devices that have been created with a high frame rate and resolution of 800 x480.
The Android version of Google earch includes several interesting features like the display of street names in satellite images, support for local recognition and the availability of photos and shops.
