CoPilot Live GPS Navigation App For Android Smartphones

Some GPS navigation apps for smartphones are better than others and are worth the onetime lifetime fee. Take For Example, CoPilot Live, reputed to be one of the best.  Sure, there are free apps, but with CoPilot Live, the maps are stored on-board the phone so you don’t rack up roaming charges or worry about being left stranded without navigation in a mobile dead zone as with the free versions that require you to download maps via your mobile internet each trip. For more information about the difference between what the industry calls on-board navigation—what CoPilot Live has—and off-board navigation, what you get with most free versions, check out CoPilot Live’s blog post, http://blog.us.copilotlive.net/?p=1264.

Plus there’s the saving if you rent a car: You don’t need to order a GPS system. Going for a walk or racing to a meeting? Your phone’s always with you and the maps on it will direct you whether you’re on foot or in a taxi.

I have owned an android phone since the g1 first came out! I am going to California at the end of September and will be there for 6 weeks! I can’t wait!!! It would be so freakin awesome to win this copilot version! Had a trial of it once and LOVED it! I currently have the nexus one but am wanting the vibrant or may wait for the new G2

Have owned an Android phone since day one of the G1. Now have a Vibrant. Since I travel a lot for work, the CoPilot app would be great!
