This feature allows you to set limits on the amount of space that each user can use.
To enable quota management on Windows 7, you should be administrators of the computer and you must perform the following steps. Tool-Apiro Explorer.

  1. Right-click on the disk where you want to enable quotas and select Properties.
  2. Go to the tab – Share and click the button Show RSS odds.
  3. Window opens Settings relating to allowances. Select option Enable quota management.
  4. After you select this option becomes accessible for the other. Option Deny disk space to users exceeding quota limit can prevent users from writing more data when they exceed the limit.
