In windows 7 when you Right click on an item windows displays you few menu items to chose form , you can send it by mail, move it to another location, wrap it with a zip and a whole lot of other things.
You can even add new features to this shortcut.
Click Start | Run and type% USERPROFILE% \ AppData and press Enter.
Windows Explorer now opens your user folder in the AppData folder, and you can click yourself through the folders Roaming \ Microsoft \ Windows \ SendTo.
Here are shortcuts to the functions included in the Send To submenu.
Drag a shortcut to the program or folder to be added to the menu. You can also remove shortcuts by deleting them from the SendTo folder.
