In windows 7 you are offered that Windows automatic update itself at 3 am – but the computer is usually not turned on. But its lot easier to change windows update time settings
It takes just like that you leave your computer turned on and connected to the Internet all night. Instead of throwing animal power after the project, you can change the date to another where it is safer that the computer is turned on.
Open Control Panel –>| Windows Update select the link Change settings and choose a time that fits better.
