Microsoft has recently succeeded through aggressive marketing is gaining market share with its updated search enigine Bing. The increased exposure has bought Microsoft bing another sue , a design company in St. Louis has initiated litigation against the software giant.

According to the company’s lawyers have been named since 2000, but before it became known that Microsoft is planning to use it (in May) claimed they did not register a trade mark. Microsoft, however, was faster and submitted such a back in March. Microsoft does not believe that the process will lead nowhere since there is little risk of confusion between companies and their services.
Problems are not stop there, although two other companies consider themselves entitled to the name. The Laptop Company has a website named BongoBing and terabytes company has a product called BootIt Next Generation (which shortened BING).
