The OpenFeint developer has opened the new project : OpenFeint Playtime, which enable both iPhone and Android users to register to gamble and go together on high-score hunting. This OpenFeint free game – playtime-Â enables openfeint multiplayer games between android and iPhone.
This openfeint social platform enable both android and iPhone owners together to play games. This is of course in contrast to Apple’s Game Center is much more beneficial because Apple’s Game center is only for iOS devices.
The OpenFeint Playtime is currently in beta phase. The openfeint iphone and android based multiplayer applications for the trial version can be submitted to the website of the company. The final launch date of the portal is still in the dark.

Collaboration of multiple phones on the network is what I suspect will be the new rage. It would be cool to have an app that teaches teamworking ability to an office full of people or even teens (hey we might even get them interested in doing something educational with their phone) like a small puzzle that requires everybody on the system to put in a little effort to solve it. I’m going to check my nexus one for some team work building apps now.
