- On the bottom of the first page will be a button labeled “Advanced…â€. Click this button and select “Run with different credentialsâ€.
- Select OK, and then select OK again to close the Properties dialog.

This is easier:-
1.From the Windows taskbar, click Start > Run
2.In the Run window, enter the following command (include the quotes) and press OK:
“C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe” /secondary
3.Find the Skype executable file from: C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\ (or wherever you have Skype installed)
4.Right click on it and choose: “Send to” > “Desktop (create shortcut)”
5.Locate it from the Desktop and when you right click on it and choose “Properties”
6.Go to the Shortcut Tab and In the target field please add: /secondary
Target field should then read:-
“C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe” /secondary
(note there should be the space between Skype.exe” and /secondary)
7.Click Apply, then OK to close the “Properties dialogue”
Once you save it you will be able to start a new instance of Skype every time you double click on the new shortcut and you can keep both Skype accounts open at the same time.
