Samsung mobile phones will have a new OS . The recent variants include many different variants and with several different operating systems, now they will soon to make phones with an entirely new OS, one they themselves have developed.
The new name for samung mobile os is Bada, which means sea in Korean. According to Samsung, there is an Samsung bada OS that will be easy and intuitive to both use and develop software, intended for their own phones.
The idea of Bada are as under Samsung itself, to create an operating system that can provide the same user experience on a “normal” cell phone as a smartphone.
It must, among other things by creating a unique visual experience, and by offering a convenient way to buy programs coming Bada-phones, as known from eg. App Store.
There are yet many technical details out of the operating system, or pictures of how it looks. Opened a website for the project but the actual launch will not happen until next month.
