iPhone 4S Preorder Now at Vodafone UK

Apple iPhone 4S has gone up for preorder at Vodafone UK. The iPhone 4S (16GB) starting price at vodafone is £359 without contract. Vodafone UK is also selling fifth generation iPhone 4S on cheapest 24 month contract that cost £26 per month.

The 32GB iPhone 4S will cost £439 while the 64GB iPhone 4S will cost £519 at Vodafone UK on the cheapest contract of £26 per month.

Apple is also offering unlocked version of iPhone 4S models. The 16B unlocked iPhone 4S will cost £499 while the 32B and 64GB unlocked iPhone 4S will cost £599 and £699 respectively from Apple.

To get 16GB iPhone 4S for free at Vodafone Uk then you will have to sign up 24 month contract with Vodafone ant it will cost £46 per month.

SO the  next generation iphone will be available in both black and white version with storage capacity of 16GB and 32GB capacity.

Now it is most likely that Apple will announce its upcoming iPhone 5 both in black and white version. But the surprising factor here is that unlike iPhone 4 (64GB models), the upcoming iPhone 5 will not come with (64GB) storage capacity.

For your kind of information that Apple released iPhone 4 white after one year of the release of iPhone 4 black version. Right now, if you go to the Vodafone website the iPhone 5 page doesn’t exit any more, but iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS models are still listed in the page.

It is expected that iPhone 5 will be announced at the end of this month or early next month.

Galaxy S II & Galaxy Tab 10.1 in UK by Vodafone

It seems that Vodafone will be the first mobile carrier to sell the Samsung Galaxy S II android smartphone and Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet PC in UK. Both the Galaxy S II and the Galaxy Tab 10.1 have appeared on the Vodafone UK website. But the website doesn’t say anything regarding their release date and pricing.

Vodafone iPhone 4 Availability in Germany October 28

Reports are coming that Vodafone will launch iPhone 4 in Germany on 28th October. About the vodafone iphone 4 availability, Vodafone will begin showing ads for the iPhone 4 on 18th October. If it happens then Deutsche Telekom will lose its iPhone 4 exclusivity. Remind you Deutsche Telekom is the partner of T-Mobile and the largest mobile carrier in Germany.

Vodafone Deutschland chief executive Friedrich Joussen said,
“We want the iPhone to be available to everyone without being tied to a contract,”

Deutsche Telekom, the largest mobile provider in Germany with 37 million customers. Vodafone comes second with 34.9 million and O2 has 16.3 million users in Germany.

There are also rumors that O2 will offer unlocked iPhone 4 in Germany soon, but no specific date has been given for O2.

Deutsche Telekom had decided to offer discounts on its plans because the loss of iPhone exclusivity. The T-Mobile iPhone 4 promotion launched last week with a 10 percent discount on monthly fees for the first year of the two-year contract.

The  Windows Phone 7 will come in October in Europe  and in November in the U.S. This information was revealed by Microsoft COO Kevin Turner last week at the Worldwide Partner Conference in at Washington. But we hope that Microsoft Windows Phone 7 will be announced in 7th October in Europe.

However, according to the Redmond that Windows Phone 7 will come out in time for the holiday season.

Vodafone Ireland to get Nokia N97 mini

Not long when we have Nokia N97 sales and distribution news  but its rather annoying to hear that that Vodafone Ireland could sell a different N97 version may be lesser in features (smaller screen, less memory, slower processor.) than the orginal Nokia N97 that is whythey are caling  it Nokia N97 Mini. Nokia N97 mono should be cheaper than the already launched N97 .

The Mini will arrive later this year and should match the current prices of T-Mobile’s G1. Vodafone hasn’t denied the rumor which means there’s a chance for Nokia to actually launch the Mini soon.
