Google Android Market doubles in 3 months

Google Android Market total no of availble applciations  have surpassed  30 000 android applications mark! If we compare the rsults with exactly  last December, the Android Market had 16 000 applications. The rise in total number of andorid apps is exciting because it has doubled in 3 months! Although the Android Market is still far behind the Apple Store with approximately 150 000 applications today its development remains considerable.

Google Androïd therefore has the second platform for downloading applications on mobile. Samsung has helped this growth by creating a competition with 150 € 000 reward for the best applications for the galaxy spica. Note that the ratio between the number of applications free / pay was not disclosed but would be about 60/40.

FRITZ : VoIP call from Android phones

Do you have a Android smartphone in use?  AVM has released an Android app FRITZ which allows users to receive and make VoIP call from Android phones, as if it were fixed-line phone but you need to have Fritz!Box router and an Android phone. Using the FRITZ! Phone android App makes your mobile works like phone

It obviously requires a little setup, but it took me 5 minutes, with a baby on her arm, so I will believe you can do it in two. We should certainly have a FRITZ! Box 7270 or later. My 7270 says that it will not work, but work quite excellent.

  1. Download Android App on AVM’s site at this link (or barcode far right).
  2. Click: and go to Advanced Settings -> Telephony -> Telephony Devices
  3. Click Configure New Device
  4. Dick Telephone and press Next
  5. Select LAN / WLAN (IP telephone) and give it a name
  6. Choose a password of your choice (user name is by default to 620 and it changed I do not know)

These details you must use in setting up your Android app that you downloaded in the first step. It should be equal to, but because it is in German (yes the English language version is not live yet  So I will just geleide you in the right direction.

  1. Run App on your Android
  2. Click Mehr -> Einstellungen
  3. Enter password from step 6 above under Password, And Enter your normal password Fritzbox in FRITZ! Box-Password

We can not yet manage Fritz’en from App, but it will come soon, given that this is a beta version. And although I am far from rigid in Die Deutsche SpracheSo can I lurk how to make a call, since it is in figures .

HTC Legend Android Phone Preorder Now

After HTC Incrdible we have got another one,  HTC  Legend is fastly becoming popular since its news is coming wide and fast .HTC Android model Legend, which is the successor to the popular HTC Hero will be available in April.  3 has now announced that they expect to deliver the model as early as next week.

The good new for HTC legend admirer is that they can pre-order it will be availabel  in other sales channels on  23 March. The price is 99 dollars, and subscriptions are 3iDeal, which costs 599 dollars per month, which gives a minimum price of 3842 dollars over the six months, you are bound. Then you have also 300 minutes of talk time and 20 gigabytes of data per month, and free SMS and MMS.

Google nexus Android Phone camera issue

Do you rememeber the camera issue of HD2 the same camera issue is with google nexus one  phone . It seems logical as  Both Nexus One and HD2 were developed by HTC . With google neuxus one when you take picture you can easily figure out a pink stain on the pictures taken with the nexus built-in camera. HTC had little problems with the camera in their flagship Windows-HD2. Many users experienced a slight pink discoloration in the middle of the pictures they took with the model’s 5-megapixel camera. And the same problem has now occurred in users of Google mobile Nexus One, which is also made by HTC and has a camera at 5 megapixels.

It is against Google’s support forum Nexus One, that there are some owners who writes about these issues. The problem should be addressed on HD2 via a software update, Google seems to tackle the problem at Nexus One in the same way.

A Google employee named Tommy writes at least that problem has been corrected and that correction should be included in the next update to the Nexus One. The problem is hopefully out of all the world, when we hopefully even see Google officially put Nexus One for sale here at home.

There is some thing that needs to be done and done soon as Google have sold only 20 000 terminals in first week of  its sales.We take this low sales as users having consfusions on basic nexus fatures. How fast is Nexus Processor
The Nexus phone pricessor is much much fatser that you thought! with 1 GHz Snap Dragon processor inside, google nexus provides plenty of juice for Android OS. Mobile runs most processes immediately without waiting. For comparison iPhone 3GS a 600 MHz processor.

if youhave any conusions of pitting it in your pocket ? note its It fits perfectly into even the narrowest jeans pockets. Nexus One is only 11.5 millimeters thin and has a compact, minimalist design. Nexus will have a  multi-touch?

I understand that this is due to an agreement with AppleBut several Google managers have suggested that cell phone might get multitouch into the future. It is not something you miss on your mobile when you zoom in Google Maps by double-clicking on the screen.

HTC says that there will be 2.1 update to a series of company phones, probably also HTC Hero. However, not all mobiles, which will get the update to 2.1. Google said during its press launch of the Nexus One, that it corresponded to that older computers can not run the latest version of Windows.

nexus one does not have 3G modem functionality is not enabled. However, it is possible that the functionality will be added sometime in the future (perhaps when it comes to Denmark).

OPPO makes slider phone with multitouch and Android

Its the first blu-ray mobile phone by  OPPO, it features a touchscreen and WiFi mobile OPPO resembles a strong candidate for the title, the world’s coolest phone. If you have a really good Blu-ray player under the flickering box is perhaps the OPPO. OPPO is known for making Blu-ray machines with superior quality. The phone has not yet received a name, and the images look like something that was designed on the computer. But if the look in the end will be as sci-fi-like then signed sold. Google employees gets Google Phone

The  recent rumors suggests that  Google has started to develop their own android mobile phone – of course with Google’s own mobile operating system, “The new Google Phone is based on HTC hardware. I saw it with Android 2.1. The standby screen has new visual effects, as animated wallpaper, “says Google employee Jason Howell on Twitter, which also reveals that it is very similar to HTC Hero and has a capacitive screen.

According to several sources are in fact talking about a phone that is more or less identical to HTC Dragon or Passion. The code name is Google Nexus One, and its specifications, recalls, as I said a lot about HTC Dragon.

In addition also a very interesting comment from Howell, who thinks it is “interesting to see this ‘product leakage’ from the other side.” This could indicate that Google has asked its employees to spread the word.

Motorola’s new top model with Android OS was on sale in the beginning of the month In the U.S. with the name  the name Motorola Droid, while in Europe we are allowed to call the Milestone. Sales figures for the model is promising.

Motorola to release 4 Android phones On September 10th Even

So its still the most look for event coming in   September 10th  when Motorola will  holding an Android related event in. If you didn’t know, Motorola has FOUR Android Phones churning in the rumor mill.

A long time ago we knew that Motorola wanted to leverage Android to revive the company’s handset division. They have devoted a TON of resources to their Android efforts and now, in 2 weeks, we’re going to see the fruits of their labor. The whole world will be watching Motorola on September 10th and I think its safe to say that anyone with an interest in mobile should be pretty darn excited about the potential devices and announcements.

Does anyone else feel like a kid before Christmas at the moment?
