Verizon Wireless Motorola Droid X already Sold Out?

Couple of days back Verizon has officially claimed that they have enough Motorola Droid X stock at the launch date (15th July) to meet the customers demand,but now we are receiving reports from Verizon Wireless source that Motorola Droid X already selling out at most Verizon stores. Further more, Motorola Droid X has some activation issues. The BGR site has reported that some Droid X owners have launched a complain that Droid X have been activated for voice service not for date.

Motorolla Milestone XT720: Android 2.1 OS

Motorola has unveiled Its another mobile Motorolla  Milestone XT720. Shape and size of Motorola XT720  is quite slim . it measures 11 millimeters thin . Milestone XT720 OS is based on Android.  Motorolla Milestone XT720 smartphone has a 8 megapixel camera. It can not only make high-resolution photos, but also takes videos in HD format 720p. It is also equipped with autofocus, a Xenon flash, image stabilizer and a number of other useful functions provided. Another highlight is the HDMI port. Motorolla  Milestone XT720 features

  1. The  XT720 has a  3.7-inch capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 854×480 pixels and touch-sensitive menu buttons.
  2. It is operated using a TFT touchscreen which is 3.7 inches tall and be equipped with a handwriting recognition.
  3. The operating system Android is 2.1 to insert, which was covered with Motorola’s own surface.
  4. Unlike the previous Milestone It is upgraded from 5 to 8 megapixels, and photo lights have been replaced with a real xenon flash.
  5. Milestone XT720 can also record video in HD resolution 1280 x 720 pixels at 24 frames per second.
  6. Milestone XT720 supports HSDPA with a speed up to 10.1 megabits per second and HSUPA at up to 5.76 megabits per second.
  7. Other conntectivity options compes packed like WLAN, A-GPS,
  8. a digital compass, Bluetooth 2.1 and USB are also included, as a 3.5-mm connector for headphones, a microSD slot and a radio.
  9. Milestone XT720 battery has a capacity of 1390 mAh and the weight is 160 grams.

Update : To be mentioned is the comment from our reader who told  usabout this phone .

This product was released in South Korea at January this year and I would like to warn UK people that the phone currently has NUMOROUS bugs which aren’t being fixed even till now.

Currently checked bugs/omitted features :

1. Heating up (too often)
2. Noise in camera pics and view
3. Sudden reboot/shut down (1-3 times a day)
4. Crazily slow stock home
5. 3D gallery not applied as the default pic viewer
6. Slow 3G download (to the degree of not being able to download from appmarket)
7. No Live Wallpaper (Motorola Korea INSISTED that live wallpapers are incompatable with XT720 due to hardware issues)
8. Unable to distinguish day and night in controlling LED (bottom of the screen)
9. 120MB Free internal memory (South Korean Motoroi standard)

Unless Motorola changes their attitude to customers, I’d suggest that purchasing XT720 would be the worst thing you could do in your entire life.

HTC WildFire Android phone With Specs Revealed

HTC has launched the new smart phone HTC Wildfire which has android 2.1 OS and looks like HTC Desire . The new HTC mobile is equipped with solid diagonal 3.2 inches screen with QVGA 240 x 320 pixels resolution. Wildfire model has a new android 2.1 version with manufacturer own Sense interface.
