Motorola Droid Bionic specs external photos and docs confirms that it has 4.3 inch qHD touchscreen display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. It has been powered by 1GHz TI OMAP 4430 processor, 32GB of built in storage and plus 1GB of RAM. The Motorola Droid Bionic will come with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, Google’s latest operating system for smartphones.
