You can download the update through Sony Ericsson Update Service on www.sonyericsson.com / update. It is strongly recommended to backup your most important files, then the update may delete user data and installed programs.
Sony Ericsson is also expected to release a major update in the next few weeks. There must have been focused on improving battery life and improved speed.
